Kickboxing is a great workout for regular students finding themselves losing weight, gaining strength, flexibility and improved stamina. It is an excellent stress reliever and a sport which increases self-discipline, confidence and self-esteem.

Our class is split into two, the first hour is a warm-up / cardio workout and the second hour is when students learn kickboxing and boxing techniques.
